This is a cash sale, which means potential buyers must have their financial arrangements secured prior to bidding. Buyer and Sellers agree to execute a written purchase agreement within 24 hours of auction closing and to deposit with RE Broker/Auctioneer, a nonrefundable earnest money payment of $5,000.00.
